How to Set Up IPTV on NVIDIA SHIELD TV & SHIELD TV Pro

Install TiviMate from the Play Store
Open the Google Play Store on your SHIELD, search for "TiviMate IPTV Player", and install it.

Add an Xtream Codes playlist
Open TiviMate, choose Add playlist, then Xtream Codes, and enter the details from your welcome email.

Turn on hardware decoding
In TiviMate settings open Playback and set the decoder to Hardware. This is what makes the SHIELD change channels almost instantly.

Build your channel layout
Use Channel groups to put Sports and Local at the top. The SHIELD handles very large playlists without slowing down.
