Disclaimer
Please read this carefully. It explains exactly what IPTV MN provides, what it does not provide, and where your responsibilities as a subscriber begin.

What this service is
IPTV MN (iptvmn.ca) supplies a technical network access and reseller service. What you buy from us is authentication credentials — a username, a password and a server address — together with the technical support needed to configure a media player application on your own equipment.
What this service is not
IPTV MN does not host, store, record, stream, broadcast, transmit, produce, upload, index or archive any television signal, video file, audio file or other media content on any server that it owns, leases or controls. Our service contains no media of any kind at the point of sale.
Any content that becomes accessible to an end user is provided by independent third-party sources over which IPTV MN exercises no editorial control, no selection, no verification and no curation. We do not review that material, we do not know its contents in advance, and we make no representation about its licensing status.
Your responsibility as a subscriber
You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party content complies with:
- the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) and the Broadcasting Act (S.C. 1991, c. 11) of Canada;
- the copyright and broadcasting laws of the country you are in;
- the terms and licences imposed by the relevant content owners.
If you are not certain whether a particular use is lawful where you live, seek independent legal advice before proceeding. We cannot give you legal advice and nothing on this website constitutes it.
Trademarks and channel names
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, channel names, network names, programme titles, team names and logos referred to anywhere on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes — to describe categories of content in ordinary language — under nominative fair use.
Their appearance on this site does not imply any affiliation, association, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or approval by those owners, and none should be inferred. IPTV MN is not affiliated with Bell Media, Rogers Sports & Media, Corus Entertainment, Québecor, the CBC, the NHL, the NFL, the CFL, the NBA, MLB, or any other broadcaster, league or rights holder named on this website.
Accuracy of information
We make a genuine effort to keep this website accurate and current, but the television landscape changes constantly. Channel availability, package contents, broadcaster rights, pricing and technical specifications may change without notice. Nothing on this site should be treated as a binding guarantee that a specific channel or programme will be available at a specific moment.
Where we quote figures for competitor pricing, those reflect publicly advertised Canadian retail rates at the time of writing and are provided for general comparison only. Your own bill may differ.
Availability and technical performance
Streaming over the public internet depends on many things outside our control: your internet provider, your home network, your equipment, the routing between networks, and the third-party sources themselves. We maintain our own infrastructure to a high standard and publish an uptime figure in good faith, but we cannot and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV MN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, this website or the service.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the subscription period in which the claim arose. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud.
Rights holders
If you are a rights holder and you believe material accessible through a third-party source infringes your rights, please read our DMCA Notice and send a notice to help@supportiptv.ca. Verified notices are actioned within 48 hours. We take these seriously and we respond to every one.
Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised version.
Questions
If any part of this page is unclear, write to help@supportiptv.ca and we will explain it plainly. We would rather answer a question than have you agree to something you did not understand.
