Pricing questions
Is there anything extra to pay on top of the plan price?
No. The price you see is the price you pay, in Canadian dollars. There is no equipment rental, no installation charge, no activation fee, no administration fee and no sports or movie add-on tier. Every channel and every film is already in the base subscription.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No, and this is deliberate. Your plan runs for exactly the period you bought and then stops. Nothing is charged to a card without you asking. When you want to continue, you message us and pay for the next period.
What is the difference between one device and two devices?
One device means one screen can watch at a time. Two devices means two screens can watch different channels at the same time — a hockey game in the living room and a film in the bedroom. The 6-month and 12-month plans both include two devices.
Can I upgrade in the middle of a plan?
Yes. Message live support, pay the difference between what you have left and the longer plan, and we extend your line immediately. You never lose time you have already paid for.
How do I pay by Interac e-Transfer?
Open your Canadian bank app, choose Interac e-Transfer, and send the amount to the email address we give you. It usually arrives within a few minutes, and your login is emailed the moment it lands. No card is needed and there is no foreign exchange fee.
What if I want a refund?
