How to Set Up IPTV on Roku Stick, Express & Roku TV
Roku keeps its app store closed, so the install works a little differently, but it still takes under ten minutes and it still uses only official Roku channels. Your M3U link is what powers it.
Before you configure the app, make sure you have an active IPTV Canada subscription. If you have not chosen a provider yet, read our guide to the best IPTV Canada service first — you will need a login before step one.
Roku Stick, Express & Roku TV: step by step
Follow these in order. The whole thing takes about 7 minutes.
- 1
Add an M3U player channel
From the Roku home screen open Streaming Channels, search for an M3U player such as "Worldwide IPTV", and add it to your home screen.
- 2
Open the player and find the pairing code
Launch the channel. It shows a short pairing code and a website address on your television screen.
- 3
Paste your M3U link on the pairing page
On your phone or laptop, open that website, enter the code, and paste the M3U playlist link from your welcome email.
- 4
Reload the channel on your Roku
Back on the television, restart the channel. Your Canadian channels load straight away.
That is it — you are watching
All 54,000+ channels and 195,000+ films and series are now on your Roku, with a full seven day TV guide. If anything looks wrong, message live support and we will fix it with you.
